Russell's manufacturing plant is in Oakleigh South, Victoria. We have the
capability to manufacture a wide range of components for a wide range of
industries. Components manufactured can range in size from small to large, and
from the very simple to the very complex. These components are manufactured in
both very large and small batch sizes as required.

- In our manufacturing
section we have designed, built and commissioned a wide range of special
purpose machinery to preform complete machining or secondary operations on
forged or machined components for high volume production.
- In our Induction heat treatment
section we also have designed, built and commissioned a wide range of
special purpose machinery , both PLC & CNC controlled, to harden an
endless range of components, from 100mm diameter shafts for the mining
industry several metres long to millions of screws for the automotive
industry.
